Lost in Oklahoma is a breath of fresh air in a world polluted with negativity. Lance and his wife, Teri, travel to small towns and big cities, searching for stories of Oklahoma's beautiful people and places. 

They have traveled to every corner of this great state, logging thousands of miles and telling countless tales of unique Oklahomans. 

"Everyone has a story," Lance said. "They just need an ear to listen."

Lance West has earned dozens of regional and national awards for his unique and personable story telling. He's a 5-time Emmy winner with a heart for people. Perhaps his most memorable broadcast moment came on May 20, 2013. As he stood on a pile of rubble in Moore, Oklahoma, his authentic and transparent tornado coverage captivated the world. 

He has reported some of the biggest stories in the last quarter century, including the Oklahoma City bombing, the trial and execution of Timothy McVeigh, the Columbine High School massacre, and he's interviewed five Presidents.

But Lance's real passion is telling stories of everyday people. His 30-year radio and television career has given Lance the unique ability to reveal and acknowledge a genuine depth to every story. He treats everyone with kindness and compassion.

As Lance says, "the best interviews evolve when folks don't even realize the camera is rolling. We are just two best friends, having a conversation."
